WHO I AM

My Story

From a young age, I knew I was different. While most students could follow along in class, I struggled, not because I lacked ability, but because my mind was always wandering, imagining, creating, and exploring. I often felt frustrated with school, unable to quiet my curiosity and keep up with rigid routines.

Everything changed at 13, when I discovered video editing. For the first time, learning felt effortless, my attention fully absorbed, my ideas coming to life on screen. I had found a way to tell stories, craft experiences, and communicate visually. That spark became a lifelong passion, and I knew I wanted to dedicate myself to it.

I pursued a degree in Mass Communications at North Carolina Central University, where I learned to combine creativity with strategy, honing the skills that would define my career. Today, the girl who once struggled to focus and hated school is at Johns Hopkins University, expanding my expertise with a formal marketing education that blends creativity with data-driven strategy.

I have learned that creativity alone is not enough; actual impact comes from the perfect mix of storytelling, strategy, and analytics.

As a media producer and strategist, I bring both creativity and strategy to every project. Whether developing campaigns, shaping brand voices, or directing video content, my goal is simple: to transform ideas into stories and campaigns that resonate and connect.
